How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via standard ground delivery.
Do you offer a warranty on your bats?
We stand behind our quality. Many of our premium bamboo bats come with a 30-day or 100-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects and breakage during normal play.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Custom orders and used equipment are generally non-returnable.
