Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your unused bats or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective wrapping is intact to avoid damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
